On 14 March, Expo 2020 Dubai will host an event to present Málaga’s candidature to host a world expo in 2027 entitled “the urban era: towards the sustainable city”.

It is the second time that Expo 2027 Málaga has travelled to Dubai. The first time was on 12 February as part of an event organised by the Andalucían Regional Government celebrating Andalucía Week. This time the city is to participate in an event aimed to present the city’s candidature. It will include a new promotional video projection, institutional speeches, a dinner and a performance.

Málaga City Council, the Spain Pavilion in Dubai, Acción Cultural Española (Spanish government), the Andalucían Regional Government and Málaga County Council have invited commissioners from other country pavilions to the Spain Pavilion at 7 pm at Expo 2020 Dubai.
